Just got off the phone with my friend of 15 years and we were talking about our struggle with our weight. Now admitly I dont have a "huge" weight problem but it is something that I am always thinking about >< So while talking with jason he started telling me about a product he had been using for the past 6 months, funny thing is that I told him about it and he said, "I dont buy crap like that". guess he did..... silly guy
So anyways he bought a product named Fatloss 4 Idiots and when I started on the program I needed to lose about 15 pounds, 5 months later I had lost the weight but, it was christmas time.... i'm lazy.... alot of reason why I didnt lose more, but now I am keeping the weight off and dont have to watch everything I eat. Just wanted to share this little "story", O jason, my friend has lost 10 pounds and is loving the program. But I have to go put my son to bed so I will be back here later in the week. Quick Little Note
My wife and I have been going crazy getting content for the pages, here in a quick little expert from an article.

Do you ever ask yourself how many calories do I need to lose weight? There has been a lot of talk recently on that. Some say 1500 calories a day, some 2000 a day and some even 2500 calories a day no matter your size and your weight. I have tried all of those caloric intakes a day, and none of them seemed to work with me. I was getting so frustrated about it that I gave up and started eating whatever I wanted to, not caring about how many calories I was eating per day. Well, after a couple weeks of that, I decided that that was definitely not the answer! I started gaining a little weight, and my clothes were not fitting the same as they were.
I got so frustrated, and my wife was trying to do it with me, and she was getting quite frustrated as well. Well, after much research, my wife and I finally found the formula that really works! It is the same formula to use to figure out how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weight, lose weight or gain weight, you will need to move that number up or down depending on your goal.
The formula is called your BMR—Your Basal Metabolic Rate. Your BMR is the amount of energy your body needs to function. In general, we use about 60% of the calories we consume daily for basic functions such as breathing. The formula is as follows:"

The Start Of It All
Since this is the first post for this blog I am going to keep it short since I am going to be updating this almost every day. So the main purpose of this blog is to follow my wife and I's progress in losing weight. My wife has had 2 children they are 3 and 1 and she always looks amazing but every women gains wait after pregnancy and her and I have started on a program to lose weight together and I want to record out progress here, I plan on providing a weekly new letter, health information, tip, ideas anything that can help people lose the weight. I look forward to everyone’s comments.
